The Carpenter will do everything possible to get your cross to you as quickly as possible.
But know that the waiting time may also have a purpose.

Each cross is handmade with devotion, prayer, and adoration.
Each piece is made in His presence, with love, one at a time.

The boxes and letters that accompany each cross are also created by the same Carpenter,
as they are part of the connection between the Kingdom Cross and you.

Regarding the Closed Series

Especially KC 02/ and KC 03/

If the number of requests exceeds the number of units available in these closed series, I (the Carpenter) sincerely apologize for my inability to create a better website to you.

In such a case, we will have a few options:
1. I will refund 100% of your payment and you will not need to worry about taxes, fees, or any additional costs.

2. I can create a new exclusive Limited Series with exactly the number of additional requests, most likely smaller than KC 02/ or KC 03/ and she will receive a new designation.

If this happens:
KC 02/ → she becomes KC 02.1/
KC 03/ → she becomes KC 03.1/
Each piece will be handcrafted with the same prayer, devotion, and intention as the original series.

3. If neither option feels right for you, I will contact you personally by email.
I will explain the situation, listen to your heart, and together we will discern the path that brings you peace.
